Strollers News

Our first walk of the season was an old favourite, from the Wise Man in West Stafford through the grounds of Kingston Maurward and back along the river path in Stinsford.

Holy Trinity Coffee Shops

Alyson and Joe want to thank everyone who helped in any way with our recent coffee shops at Holy Trinity. The grand total reached so far is £607.05.

Christian Aid

We were overwhelmed this year by the support we received at Holy Trinity, those who made the Big Brekkie possible and those who came and enjoyed it, the band of collectors who braved the weather to go out and knock on doors, those who stood with a bucket on the bridge and most importantly those who made a donation. Our total contribution to the Christian Aid Week Appeal this year was an amazing £2,588.37.

Bishop Nicholas, as the Church of England’s lead bishop on the environment, has condemned President Trump’s decision to revoke the United States’ ratification of the Paris Agreement on climate change, which has been signed by 194 other countries.

Vicar’s letter for September 2018

“NEW BEGINNINGS September is always seen as a time of new beginnings. Holidays are over and the summer begins to draw to an end as we look forward to Harvest and the autumn.. The start of a new term beckons. Children starting school for the first time; moving from one school to the next or beginning the final leg of the educational process, leaving home and heading off to university for the Michaelmas term. ”
