Bishop David’s Last Visit to Holy Trinity
Bishop David is to retire this summer, but he was very keen to visit us for the last time before he steps down.
He has a great affection for Holy Trinity. I am sure many of you will be keen to be with us for this final visit as our Bishop to preside and preach at a Combined Communion on Sunday April 25th at 10.15 am.
There will be a retiring collection on Palm Sunday, Easter Day and the Sunday after Easter for the Bishop’s Lent appeal. This will also be our way of collecting a donation to give to Bishop David as an appreciation of his time as our Diocesan bishop. A cheque will be presented to him when he visits us on 25th April.
